We want you to love your hair results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
